Egg and Turkey Muffins ?

  • Tried this morning, added 1 whole egg to the egg white mix, made 12 muffins, very good! May add leftover veggies next time. Hubby’s hunger was satisfied with 3 muffins!”
“18 oz liquid egg whites or egg beaters, 6 oz cooked ground turkey, salt & pepper…to taste”
